Aisling Fraser is the founder of Danu wellness and the space coordinator. She is a therapist and Irish traditional healer that leads with the heart. She believes that wellbeing is an essential component in the way that we live today and her mission is to share the message that relaxation is not luxury but necessary in our lifes.

Her treatments have a dual quality to them stemming from an intuitive place allowing whatever needs to rise and be seen during a treatment but she also believes that a highly skilled hand and scientific basis is of upmost importance in the healing arts.

Her training has been a lifelong journey that has brought her to many far away places allowing her to bring all of these qualities and influences into her treatments. reflexology, Pregnancy and Fertility treatments in Reflexology and Massage, to Aromatherapy and Shamanic Drumming Sessions, her medicine bag holds a number of tools to support you in your healing journey.

Aisling currently works with an ANCIENT CELTIC HEALING PROCESS called Core Cellular Healing which is deeply rooted in the Heritage and History of IRELAND. This is a process of Mystic Invocation and Sacred Prayer that was used in this Country over 6000 years ago. The process will assist you to shed everything that lies within your cells that is an untruth and does not support you coming into your full potential. It will begin to break down any illness, trauma, conflict, unhealthy patterns and relationships, anxiety, depression and more leaving behind the truest version of you. It is a deeply powerful and pure process held in a safe and sacred space that will change your life forever.

Aislinn Dunne has a real passion for massage therapy, health and wellness. She has many years of training and experience. She has specialised throughout the years in many different forms of massage in order to treat and heal the body and mind as a whole. She has many strings to her bow, she specialises in Lomi Lomi, deep tissue, prenatal, Hot stone, Skeletal and Indian head massage, reflexology. She customizes her massages to your individual needs, and has a very caring, professional presence.

In the last two years she has pushed her training even further to include the amazing tools of Access Consciousness, primarily concentrating on Access Bars and Access Facelift. They are energetic body processes that dissolve the blockages in the body and mind that have accumulated over the years resulting from an accumulation and overflow of stress, trauma, judgements, thoughts, emotions and feelings. Receiving these processes allows you to create real life changing possibilities.

Aislinn has recently added REBIRTHING BREATHWORK to her toolbox. This is a transformative practise that focuses on conscious connected breathing to release emotional and physical blockages, leading to a sense of renewal and self discovery. This technique consists of deep rythmic breaths that create a continious flow without pauses between inhalation and exhalation.

Practitioners believe that this sustained breathing pattern allows for the release of suppressed emotions, trauma and tension stored in the body, promoting a cathartic experience.

Christine Arndt is a holistic therapist specialising in trauma and energy healing. Her own healing journey led her from body therapy, to traditional Chinese medicine, to spiritual healing, to shamanism and ancient Celtic healing tradition. Discovering herself as a medicine woman she trained as a facilitator for trauma therapy, constellation work and medium for ancient Celtic healing energy.

Christine's sessions provide deep, powerful, life changing healing. The therapeutic method she uses helps:

figure out the root cause to your behavior and feelings

I’m a mom of 2, a Systematic Kinesiologist and practitioner of Usui Reiki and Rahanni Celestial Healing, based in Killeagh, East Cork.

I’ve always believed that there is more to life than just working every day and waiting for the next weekend to roll around again. Life is a rich and multifaceted experience that goes far beyond that. While work is necessary for financial stability and personal growth, I believe it's important to also create a balance, find meaning and fulfilment in other aspects of life.

Having spent over 20 years working as an accountant, I decided to explore other areas. I have always been interested in alternative therapies and healing modalities, rather than conventional medicine. I have a strong personal desire to make a positive impact on others and the world around me. A strong sense of belief in myself and my abilities allowed me to retrain and qualify as a Systematic Kinesiologist and a practitioner of Reiki and Rahanni.

My holistic approach embodies self care. It is not selfish to prioritise and take care of your SELF! It is in fact necessary, you simply cannot pour from an empty cup. My treatments are aimed at addressing the body as a whole as we are not just physical beings.

My mission is to bring your Mind, Body and Spirit into Balance to enable your body to heal itself as nature intended.
