Situated in a Courtyard Sanctuary right off Main St. in the busy town of Midleton, Co. Cork.
It is the long term dream Project of one of our therapists and Manager Aisling Fraser to create a Luxury Day Spa combining all of Earths Elements , stimulating all of your senses, allowing you to be nurtured and restored. With the care of only the most qualified therapist who work in a Heart Space.

Our Ethos
Allow us to take you on a Journey of the senses at Danú Wellness. Your healing will begin as you enter the Space, each element intuitively designed to support you as you rest and heal. On arrival you will be met with pure and organic scents to calm your tired soul and invite you in. The second element you will become aware of is that you are surrounded by a space that is reminiscent of a Bali Spa, a restful sanctuary combining all of earths natural fibers to hold space for you. Our therapists are of the highest quality and trained in a number of wellness techniques to allow you to choose the perfect treatment for your care. Our music and meditations have been carefully chosen and recorded with your balance and well being in mind.
At Danú Wellness nurturing each aspect of your being is our mission and through our Craft, our presence and the luxury surrounds we created for you, we pride ourselves in bringing this to you so that you may rest, restore and recharge.
We are conscious that Mother Earth needs our help, so with that in mind all of our products used in treatments and in the Space are strictly NATURAL, SUSTAINABLE AND PURE allowing us to work in tune with her great rhythms.
Our Founder
Aisling Fraser is Therapist of Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Massage and Shamanic Practices, She is a also Teacher of Mother and Baby Reflexology and Massage classes and Mums who Drum Meditation Classes and the Creator of the brand AromaRituals by Danu Wellness, a concept that combines mindful practices with Craft Sustainable Essential Oil Blends designed to support the journey of women living the modern world. Aisling has worked in the Industry of Holistic Natural Practises for 15 years. Her journey has brought her to many places in the world where she has experienced first hand how mindfulness and the great connection with nature can reshape the way you manage your life and well being. Aisling started her journey to healing practices 16 years ago in Ubud Bali where she trained in the Art of Balinese Massage. She realized the great connection between self care and well being. She vowed that one day her path would lead her to bring the luxury spa experience and high quality healing practices to her home Country in Ireland.
Since then she opened a Surf and Adventure School in East Cork with fellow surfers, leading large groups into nature. She has taught women to take to the high seas together in her own Surficise class. Always an advocate for women and their future generations she it the creator of ‘This little Piggy’ Mother and Baby reflexology and massage class, she has also led women’s retreats and meditation circles. It is her belief that we should share honestly through her own personal experiences. She is also one of the founders of Surf2heal East Cork – a local charity that runs surf camps for children with Autism, this reinforces her belief in the therapeutic benefits of the healing power of mother Earth.
A mother of three young children she journeyed into the world of Essential oil and Scent through a challenging time in her own life of overwhelm triggered by the pace of life and demands that were required of the modern woman. This time became a pivitol point in her life as it led her to dig deep and to heal the deepest part of herself through reconnecting with nature, mindful practices including essential oils and the shedding of a life that no longer served her. This time moved her wholely into her holistic practices, giving her a better work, life balance, again driving her to share a deeper level of her personal journey through her work enabling her to impart what she had discovered in this time with her clients to assist in their healing treatments.. Essential oils have become a key healing tool in her practice, which extends the healing benefits of a reflexology treatment for each client and gives them a tool to empower them to make self care a daily practice.
Aisling became a wellness advocate for a leading EO brand and consequently trained as an Aromatherapist sharing natures tools to women and their families through classes and 1 to 1 consultations empowering women to take the well being of their homes into their own hands. Her work has now evolved into creating her own brand that represents her true body of work to the world for the modern woman that she knows well. Combining, scent, self care rituals and the Spa Experience.
A passionate advocate of the importance of reconnecting men, women and their future generations to nature. Her purpose with Danu Wellness Space and her AromaRituals by Danu Wellness brand is to give you the tools to allow you to pause every day, to connect with your own mind, body and spirit and in doing so allowing to you rebalance and restore for the fast pace of modern life.
Aisling is a Medium for an ancient energetic healing tradition that comes from the Land Of Éiriu. She holds weekly Core Healing gatherings in Danu Wellness and seasonal outdoor events Bringing us back to our seasonal and cultural connections.
